Mr. Tomosk practices in the areas of commercial law, real estate, wills and estates. He is legal counsel to one of Canada's largest public sector credit unions in matters of debt collection and security realization and is Chairman of the advisory committee of the Ottawa branch of a major Ontario Credit Union. He is legal adviser to a number of community based organizations involved in a variety of activities including wildlife conservation and disabled persons issues.

He has spoken to numerous groups and written articles on matters involving real estate, wills, powers of attorney and estate planning and administration. He is the recipient of the REACH Canada Volunteer Lawyer of the Year award for 2005.
